Agricultural and food processing are businesses that focus on the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). The Company has set an efficient business management by starting Contract Farming system. The Company took over fruit farms or orchards from the farmers whom were still employed by Malee under the supervision of Malee???s well-trained staffs. Malee???s staffs provided useful information to the contracted farmers- starting from planning, farm preparation, and farm maintenance to ensure that the company will get the best of quality and safety of raw material. Malee also established transportation system for further use in food processing.
The advantage of Contract Farming is being able to control standardized quality of the products which include the quantity that customers and processing plants required. More importantly, since the Company was fully in control of the plantation line, Malee will always have fruits with highest cleanliness and safety.
